SHIPPING INFO

Receive free standard shipping with a minimum online purchase of $60.00 or more. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, before taxes, and any applicable shipping fees. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping.

 

All packages are shipped via US Postal Service and can be tracked through USPS.com and expected by mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS and will be trackable through UPS.com and expected by way of your standard UPS delivery service.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and refund policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase from CocoMe. We want you to feel confident about your buying decisions and assure you that you can shop with ease. Whether you've had a change of heart or are unsatisfied with a product, our straightforward policy is aimed at making the process as simple as possible for you. We value your trust and are dedicated to providing you with a positive shopping experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@cocomeusa.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Should the item be found eligible, we will reimburse any shipping cost to you from the process and replace your item free of any additional charges.
