THE STORY OF OUR PRODUCTS

It is a story of love. Love for the gifts of nature; clean, healthy living; relationships; and life itself. At CocoMe we believe dogs are such gifts of nature. As human beings our relationships with them go deeper than just a mere coexistence of species on the same earth. They become our friends, companions, protectors, guides, rescuers, emotional supporters, and much more. As such, they touch our lives deeply. In turn, we show great interest in their well-being, which goes a lot further than the traditional definition of health, and put great effort in doing what makes them happy and adds quality to their life; after all, to dog lovers, sharing life with these amazing beings means happiness.

The inspiration for our products came from none other than one of our rescued dogs. She is one of the sweetest dogs we’ve ever had—and we’ve had many! A combination of age and breed make her susceptible to skin issues, and lacking much of a coat contributes to easy overexposure to the elements and the environment—both rough on the skin, particularly paws and elbows. Since daily applications of our original bodystick formula seemed to work wonders, after doing some research and consulting with her vet, we decided to create a similar product with the same ingredients but enhanced with additional ones to provide the most protection for her delicate skin and help accelerate healing. Now, Lady D—one of our ‘girl’s’ nick names—has her own CocoMe skin care products to keep her skin moisturized and is happy to share them with her sister Haley, the new addition to the family!
